Policy

These menus have been designed to assist you in your event planning, we know every function is unique and we will be happy to create a customized menu for your event - large or small.

to provide you with the highest level of service while minimizing cost, we have established the following guidelines to assist you:

 

ORDERING LEAD TIME

please place your order at least three working days prior to your event, we will make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests; however, this lead-time is necessary to ensure that fresh ingredients and adequate staff are available

 

CANCELLATIONS

we realize that emergency cancellations do occur and we will do our best to avoid any cancellation charges. a minimum of three business days notice is necessary for cancellation to avoid being charged full cost.

 

MINIMUMS

unless otherwise specified, all catering orders have a 6-guest minimum.

 

PRICING

setup, deanup, disposables and delivery are included in the pricing, however, catering orders are subject to sales tax.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

orders for 20 or more guests may be subject to a $200 labor fee. china, linens, flowers, decorations, wait staff and other custom services are also available at an additional charge, which will be quoted separately. any unreturned equipment will be billed to the requesting party at full cost.

 

BILLING

all catering orders will be billed to a cost center or credit card, if requested.

FOOD ALLERGIC INDIVIDUALS

If you have a food allergy, please notify us. be aware that we handle and prepare egg, milk, wheat, shellfish, fish, soy, peanut and tree nut products, sesame products and other potential allergens in the food production areas of our facility. please direct questions to the manager.

SAP ALCOHOL POLICY

alcohol at company-sponsored events policy regarding alcohol provided by sap from time to time company sponsored events involving employees and/or visitors are held at company facilities at which alcohol is present, this policy is intended to help with the organization of such an event to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees while managing associated risks, event organizers at which alcohol is present are responsible for adhering to the below policy, global legal - employment/human resources and global insurance risk management are available if further questions arise or additional guidance is needed.

 

STEPS TO ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL EVENT:

  • alcoholic beverages are to be served, rather than simply made available, to those who wish to partake. self-serving of alcoholic beverages at company functions is strictly prohibited.
  • alcohol is to be restricted to areas designed for consumption of food and drink, such as dining rooms, lounges and cafeterias.
  • food and non-alcoholic beverages must be made available.
  • alcoholic beverages are to be served for a restricted period of time; generally no more than two hours, absent prior executive (12 or higher) approval.
  • alcohol is not to be served to minors or to anyone who appears impaired.
  • safe passage home must be arranged for anyone who appears impaired.
  • unrestricted, unsupervised access to alcohol on sap property is prohibited.
  • all employees who choose to drink alcoholic beverages at company functions are expected to behave in accordance with usual business standards and all company policies at all times
